Seven Sisters and Magnificent Iconic White Cliffs Experience
A guided 22km cliff-top hike along the Seven Sisters from Seaford to Eastbourne, hiking east to west past the Seaford Martello Tower, Cuckmere Haven, Birling Gap and Beachy Head, finishing along Eastbourne's promenade. Graded hard with 340m of ascent and around 5.5 to 6.5 hours of walking, at a steady pace with breaks for lunch and photos. £36 per person includes the guided hike and return train tickets. The group meets at London Victoria rail station near the ticket office at 08:20, leaving at 08:40 for the 08:54 train, and returns to London at 20:17. Led by Raj, a local trail expert. Bring sturdy boots, water, a packed lunch and weather-appropriate clothing. Walkers are asked to stay at least 5 metres from the unstable cliff edges.

Seven Sisters Sunset Cruise
A relaxing one hour evening cruise from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs at sunset. Keep an eye out for seals, porpoise and seabirds, often more active in the evening light, and feel free to bring a drink aboard. Runs on Friday and Saturday evenings through the season, with the departure time tracking sunset (8pm in July, moving to 6pm by late September). Up to 11 passengers, all ages. Booking essential.

A 1.5 hour guided boat tour from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs, with the chance to spot seals, porpoises and seabirds. Runs daily through the season with several departures a day (typically between 10:00 and 18:00 in August, reducing to 12:00 and 14:00 by October). Ages 2 plus; group tours up to 11 people; minimum 4 passengers for the trip to go ahead.

Departure times vary through the season as sunset gets earlier (19:00 in August, 18:30 in early September, 18:00 in late September). You are welcome to bring your own drinks aboard; up to 11 passengers.
