Seaford Striders Halloween Run
Seaford Striders Halloween run, meeting at 6:30pm at the Martello Tower, in support of the nationwide campaign to end the curfew imposed on women by safety fears during darker nights. Bring lights, friends and some Halloween attitude.

Free Taster Sessions at Lilian's Room
Free taster sessions in Lilian's Room at the Downs Leisure Centre, Monday to Saturday until the end of October, 9am to 4pm: an inclusive space offering accessible, low-impact exercise on specialist assisted equipment, including neuro-rehabilitation technology, to improve strength, balance and mobility. Part of East Sussex County Council's Full of Life programme for the over-50s. Step-free access and a hearing loop.
