Hiking the Spectacular Seven Sisters
Starting in Seaford, follow the coastal path past a historic Martello Tower before climbing onto Seaford Head with wide views across the English Channel. Trail rises and falls along chalk cliffs before dropping into Cuckmere Estuary. Approximately 23km/13mi, 670m ascent, ~7hrs hiking time.
